Robert R. Beasley Community Planner Robert R. Beasley provides analysis for the Office of Planning's State Data Center and technical support for local Census efforts. He also provides demographic and other statistical data to businesses, civic groups, citizens, and federal and District government agencies. Mr. Beasley has performed program evaluations and data analyses in the private and public sectors. He holds a master's degree in psychology from Hunter College.
